Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one pediatric home health nursing care with direct RN oversight and clinical leadership support. Deliver skilled nursing services including tracheostomy care while maintaining alignment with CDC safety guidelines and utilizing provided PPE. Manage patient plans of care and coordinate with the clinical team to ensure consistent, focused delivery. Requires current active Florida LPN license, BLS CPR certification, and TB testing. Includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k), weekly pay, CEU credits, and a preceptor program.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida LPN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course
