Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home while working closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership. Deliver care with confidence and consistency in a focused environment that minimizes interruptions and supports meaningful patient relationships. Maintain alignment with CDC safety guidelines, utilizing provided PPE including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer for every home visit. Ensure all clinical tasks are completed under clear plans of care with RN oversight, supported by 24/7 on-call clinical guidance whenever needed. This role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates, alongside benefits such as paid time off, medical coverage, and a preceptor program.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida LPN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course
