Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric patients in home settings, working closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership. Deliver care aligned with CDC safety guidelines while utilizing provided PPE including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. Maintain active Florida LPN licensure, current BLS CPR certification, and completed TB testing. Complete required two-hour DOEA Alzheimer's training course. Work flexible night shift hours with access to a 24/7 clinical support portal for guidance. Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida LPN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course
