Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home, focusing fully on individual needs without constant interruptions. Deliver care with confidence under clear direction from a registered nurse and clinical leadership, utilizing easy-to-use shift scheduling and employee portal access. Maintain patient safety through adherence to CDC guidelines with provided PPE, while supporting patients with complex needs like G-tubes, trachs, or vents, either through experience or training. Work within a clinical team designed for nurse safety and success, with 24/7 on-call support available whenever guidance is needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License
- Physical from within three years
- PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
