Homecare Hospice Registered Nurse

Provide direct patient care in hospice per physician orders, including end-of-life care, pain/symptom management, and coordination with the interdisciplinary team to meet positive patient care outcomes. Responsibilities include following the plan of care, delivering treatments, reporting needs to the Hospice team (Hospice Aide, Director of Clinical Services – Hospice, Chaplain), and ensuring compliance with the State Nurse Practice Act.
