Homecare Hospice Registered Nurse

PRN Homecare Hospice Registered Nurse provides direct patient care in accordance with physician orders, follows the plan of care, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to achieve positive patient care outcomes. Performs direct patient care as defined by the State Nurse Practice Act, including end-of-life care, participates in hospice service coordination, reports needs to the interdisciplinary group (Hospice Aide, Director of Clinical Services – Hospice, Chaplain), and manages pain/symptom relief.
