Homecare Hospice Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse Hospice Homecare (PRN) provides direct patient care per physician orders and plan of care in a hospice setting. Responsibilities include following the plan of care, delivering treatments, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team (including Hospice Aide, Director of Clinical Services – Hospice, and Chaplain), managing pain and symptoms, and ensuring quality patient outcomes consistent with state Nurse Practice Act for end-of-life care.
