Homecare Hospice Registered Nurse

Provide direct patient care in a hospice homecare setting per physician orders and the plan of care. Responsibilities include end-of-life care, coordinating hospice services with an interdisciplinary team, administering treatments, and managing pain and symptoms. Collaborates with Hospice Aide, Director of Clinical Services – Hospice, and Chaplain to meet positive patient care outcomes; adheres to the State Nurse Practice Act and the plan of care. Licensed healthcare professional with BLS/CPR readiness and a background in nursing education (Associate or Bachelor’s degree). Location: Morganton, NC; on-site care with a per-diem/PRN schedule; supports care coordination and patient-centered outcomes.
