Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in a home hospice setting per physician orders, including specialized duties related to end-of-life care; follow the plan of care, administer treatments, and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to meet positive patient care outcomes; manage pain and symptoms; report needs to the team (Hospice Aide, Director of Clinical Services – Hospice, Chaplain) as part of coordinating hospice services. Requires RN licensure, BLS within 30 days of start, and a valid driver license. CarePartners Health Services located in western North Carolina offers PRN opportunities with a focus on compassionate post-acute and hospice care.
Required Qualifications
- RN (Registered Nurse)
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Driver License
- Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree
- 1 years experience Required
