Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in a homecare hospice setting in accordance with physician orders and the plan of care; follow standards of practice and care procedures; collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes; deliver pain and symptom management and participate in coordinating hospice services; operate within the State Nurse Practice Act and perform specialized duties related to end-of-life care.
Required Qualifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- (RN) Registered Nurse
