Homecare Field Service Associate

Job Summary
Provide a high level of care to Senior Helpers Clients, especially those needing assistance with ADLs and chronic conditions (e.g., Dementia, Parkinson’s, end-of-life care). Train team members on ADLs during orientation and at clients' homes. Oversee communication logs and procedures outlined in client care plans; maintain training records, caregiver evaluations, and client care plans. Assist with Return HomeTM clients and those requiring High‐Level Skills; help set up equipment and supplies for new client care; conduct Supervisory Visits to ensure care-plan compliance and regulatory adherence; introduce caregivers to new clients to ensure understanding of the care plan. Support scheduling including on-call/after-hours; maintain availability for on-call caregiving; flexible to work different shifts, longer hours, and in different locations; maintain internal/external certifications and complete required training. Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Chronic Disease, etc.
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of previous personal care experience in a home setting – Homecare, Hospice, Home Health
- Ideally 1 or more years of experience working for Senior Helpers
- Must have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills and follow-up skills with clients, and client families
- Experience leading and motivating team members
- Ability to quickly build rapport with people of all cultures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
