Job Summary
Build new and expand relationships with business-to-business customers to drive win/win growth opportunities and cross-sell Personal-Touch services. Provide day-to-day home health care consulting support through continual contact with facility and physician staff. Identify referral sources, develop annual account plans, and deliver presentations for new programs to facility and medical office teams. Partner with staff to resolve issues, communicate regarding capacity constraints, and participate in special projects to meet organizational targets. Complete weekly activity logs and work under the direction of the Senior VP of Business Development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Marketing, Nursing or related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of management, marketing or sales experience
- Knowledge of health plans, Medicare, Medicaid, related to overall home health benefits
