Job Summary
The Homebuyer Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for homebuyers after the Purchase Agreement is executed, guiding them through the construction and closing process. Responsibilities include managing communication between buyers and various departments, facilitating expectations and updates, coordinating meetings, ensuring compliance of sales files, and tracking milestone meetings. Candidates should have a high school diploma, 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Regular in-person attendance at job sites is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in homebuilding, real estate, mortgage, or related field
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to customer engagement
