Job Summary
Deliver a high-touch homebuyer experience from Purchase Agreement through Closing as the primary liaison between Homebuyers and the builder, driving satisfaction and seamless communication. Act as the single point of contact throughout the construction and closing journey, manage closing and walkthrough schedules, educate buyers on mortgage, title, and closing expectations, and align with Lennar processes. Proactively engage buyers with regular updates, coordinate with Construction, Mortgage, Title, and Sales teams, resolve issues (e.g., appraisal challenges, loan denials, scheduling conflicts), and track progress using the Lennar App and CRM. Ensure data accuracy for all interactions and documentation, generate post-agreement addenda, and support on-time closings while leveraging cross-functional coordination and problem-resolution skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Hold or obtain a valid Real Estate License where such licensing is a regulatory requirement
