Job Summary
Home Visitor in Cuyahoga County, Cleveland, OH, engaged with pregnant mothers, caregivers, and their children to promote healthy child development and positive parent-child interactions. Responsible for engaging families referred to the program, completing home visits, developing goals, conducting screenings, providing parenting education, and referrals to resources. Flexible work schedule with mileage reimbursement and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- at least an associate degree in urban studies, early childhood, social work or 2+ years' experience in human services, early childhood or similar field
- a valid DL
