Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive early childhood education, health, nutrition, and family services for children up to age 3 within the family's home. Provide prenatal services and work in partnership with parents during home visits and group socialization opportunities. This role supports children's development through direct engagement in the home environment. The position offers a 10-hour Tuesday through Friday shift with pay ranging from $15.27 to $16.31 per hour. Candidates are encouraged to bring experience with low-income families and children, along with a CDA or degree in early childhood education. CMCA empowers community members through its national network of agencies dedicated to strengthening resilience and improving quality of life.
Desired Qualifications
- Prefer experience working with low-income families and children
- CDA or Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related degree preferred
- Daycare, preschool, or childcare work experience is helpful
