Job Summary
Partner with expectant and new parents to develop community outreach and assessments, connecting families to resources that support cognitive, physical, social, emotional, health, and safety needs while assisting with bonding and attachment. Conduct quality assurance reviews on participant files to ensure documentation adheres to HFA and HFNY standards. Work Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm in Clinton and Franklin Counties. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Seven years' related experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Three years' related experience
- Demonstrable knowledge of local/community resources
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Strong engagement skills
- Communication skills
- Time management skills
- Organizational skills
- Valid NYS driver's license
- Reliable transportation
