Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Medical Assistant certification or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years back-office experience
- 2 years of experience in a managed health care environment preferred (IPA/HMO/health plan)
- Experience in hospice, palliative care, or high-risk care settings preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- Valid BLS certification or higher (AHA/Red Cross)
