Job Summary

As a Home Technology Sales Representative in Raleigh, NC, you will generate and close sales opportunities for Vector Security’s residential solutions by prospecting homeowners, builders, and small commercial owners, managing leads, presenting products, and maintaining relationships to meet quotas and targets. You will maintain product knowledge through ongoing training and required certifications, educate customers on Vector Security products and services, document sales agreements, and collaborate with management to grow assigned markets. Key activities include cold calling, community involvement, developing partnerships, handling existing customers, and achieving target sales orders, recurring revenue (RMR), and unit goals. Strong prospecting, closing, and negotiation skills, plus the ability to overcome objections and deliver excellent customer service, are essential. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and a high school diploma is required; a valid driver’s license is also required.
