Job Summary
As a Home Support Worker, you will travel between patients to provide in-home care and support, including meal preparation, basic housekeeping, companionship, and assistance with activities of daily living. You will participate in a three-week in-class training program to learn the skills needed for the role, after which you’ll be eligible for full-time hours and benefits. The position emphasizes compassionate community-based care, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for education and career development (including PSW Certification Bridging, education allowance, and company-supported training). The role requires a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle, ability to visit patients’ residences within a designated area, and the capability to pass a criminal background screening. Bilingual English/French is preferred to support client care, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available.”,
Required Qualifications
