Job Summary
Arrange furniture, hang artwork, accessorize rooms, steam linens, and complete project task lists while assisting Lead Stagers on site. Coordinate staging planning, lead crews of 2-5 people, and manage contractors to ensure properties meet Pineapple Interiors quality standards within a day. Communicate professionally with clients to explain staging benefits and maintain inventory records using our management system. This Level 1 role may advance to Lead Stager, requiring creative problem-solving, physical stamina, and reliable transportation for local shopping and item transport.

Desired Qualifications
- Project/room design and staging planning coordination of the various events, contractors, and team members on a given job
- Lead a crew of 2-5 people to successfully, efficiently and beautifully stage a property
- over the course of 1 day, keeping in line with the Pineapple Interiors style and level of quality
- Effective and professional communication with all levels of clientele to market the Company's services and to speak to the benefits and necessity of staging as an aspect of marketing a home for sale and articulate the psychology of staging
- An understanding of real estate and staging
- Strong computer skills as all jobs are tracked through our inventory management system
