Job Summary
Understand all products and services, then sell Chipr's offerings through door-to-door, MDU, and event-based canvassing while hitting monthly personal minimum performance standards. Report sales progress in the Sales Tracking System, attend daily, weekly, and monthly meetings, and remain active in team and company chats. Maintain a standard 5-day work week with weekend days worked as needed based on performance and business needs. This role requires a driver's license and transportation, with physical duties including continuous walking, standing, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds in varying weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or higher
- Driver's license and transportation
- A mobile phone or connected tablet device
- Must be able to continuously walk and stand throughout each shift
- Must be able to frequently climb stairs at multi-family properties
- Must be able to regularly expose to varying weather conditions including heat, cold, and precipitation
- Must be able to occasionally lift or carry materials up to 50 pounds
