Job Summary
Understand all products and services, then sell Chipr's offerings through door-to-door, MDU, and event-based canvassing. Hit monthly personal minimum performance standards while reporting sales progress in the Sales Tracking System. Maintain a standard 5-day work week with weekend days worked as needed based on performance and business needs. Attend daily, weekly, and monthly prescribed meetings and training, and be active in team and company chats. Adhere to company values and perform other duties as required. This role involves working primarily outdoors and in the field, requiring continuous walking and standing, frequent stair climbing, and regular exposure to varying weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or higher
- Driver's license and transportation
- A mobile phone or connected tablet device
- Must be able to lift or carry materials up to 50 pounds
- Must be available for weekend days
- Must be able to work primarily outdoors and in the field
- Must be able to continuously walk and stand throughout each shift
- Must be able to frequently climb stairs
- Must be able to tolerate regular exposure to varying weather conditions including heat, cold, and precipitation
