Job Summary
Conduct in-person home inspections to visually assess HVAC, electrical, and plumbing needs, then present tailored solutions directly to customers while educating them on product value and financing options. Manage your sales pipeline and actively drive referrals to grow your regional book of business, ensuring every interaction reflects professional integrity and consistent customer care. This role offers significant earning potential through a base salary, commissions, and spiffs with no income cap, alongside the flexibility to manage your own work hours based on client demands. You will need at least two years of consultative sales experience, a valid driver's license, and comfort using company-furnished technology.
