Job Summary
Lead Home Shopping operations at Albertsons Companies in Sterling, VA, overseeing order processing and handoff to third-party logistics, reviewing and acting on Metrics That Matter with Home Shopping staff and Store Director, ensuring cleanliness, organization and fresh marketing materials, facilitating training for Home Shopping employees (including on-demand staff), ensuring orders are shopped and staged on time, meeting 3Q standards (Quality, Quantity, Quickness), driving customer-facing service, and promoting Home Shopping services and adjacent sales to local businesses.
