Responsibilities include matching technicians to jobs based on skills, adjusting schedules throughout the day, communicating timing/updates to customers and technicians, making real-time dispatch decisions based on priority/location/skill, tracking progress, resolving scheduling conflicts, maintaining accurate job details in Service Titan, and supporting daily operations. Must have dispatching experience in home services/trades and strong organizational skills; high school diploma or equivalent.
