Job Summary
Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher needed to coordinate service requests, dispatch technicians, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced office. Part-Time | Monday-Friday | Day Shift with opportunity to grow into full-time. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, scheduling/dispatching service technicians based on customer needs and technician availability, maintaining records, providing timely updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred), prior CSR/dispatching/office experience, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency with computers; Service Titan experience is a plus. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Previous CSR, dispatching, scheduling, or office administration experience required
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Experience with Service Titan is a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
