Home Services Aide (CNA) -Davis County

Home Services Aide (CNA) provides basic patient care in the home setting under RN or Rehab Therapist supervision. Responsibilities include toileting, bathing, linen changes, hydration, ambulating, comfort measures, and other tasks per the plan of care. Coordinates patient schedule with staff and families, maintains time/mileage records, adheres to aide delegation plan, follows safety and infection-control policies, communicates care being given, documents patient responses to treatment, and ensures a safe home environment. Requires active CNA certification and BLS, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills. Training is full-time with a typical schedule and potential pay per visit after training; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), education assistance, and mileage reimbursement.
