Job Summary
Greet customers and service residential/commercial properties for pests following company standards; remove webs and apply perimeter treatments; mix and apply chemicals per label instructions and state regulations; educate customers on pest prevention; quote termite prevention and active termite services; request customer reviews; operate within an assigned territory completing multiple services per day (typically 14–20 locations); document service details in FieldRoutes CRM; travel between locations in a company vehicle; identify opportunities to upsell additional services while maintaining safety protocols; compliance with PPE and state regulations; in-house training provided with no prior pest control experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday; overtime eligibility
- Reasonable commute to service region or willingness to relocate before start date
- Comfortable working outdoors, under houses, and in confined spaces
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and dedicated to delivering quality work
- Must maintain a driving record that meets company MVR standards
