Job Summary
Retail Sales Representatives are responsible for maintaining professional business activity with customers throughout the purchase process, achieving sales goals, providing realistic assistance to customers in home selection, and securing financing and contracts. Successful candidates will exhibit excellent organization, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. This role includes proactive follow-up on sales leads and identifying local marketing opportunities, while also working as part of a team and individually.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in sales or business
- High School Diploma required
