Job Summary
Conduct home sales activities by identifying customer needs, securing financing, and closing contracts to achieve sales goals and profitability. Maintain professional business interactions throughout the purchase process while tracking activity via follow-up systems and managing orders. Proactively pursue new business through advertising, telephone, and website leads, and identify local marketing opportunities. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in sales or business
- High School Diploma
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and some holidays
