They should have excellent organization and time management skills, effective communication abilities, and a strong capability for creative problem-solving. This role involves obtaining customer credit information, securing financing, and effectively managing the home purchasing process. A minimum of 2 years of sales experience and a High School Diploma are required, with preferred qualifications including a Bachelor's Degree and bilingual skills.
