Job Summary
The Home Sales Consultant is responsible for maintaining professional business activities with customers throughout the purchase process, achieving sales goals, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key duties include identifying customer needs, assisting in home selection, securing financing, managing orders, and following up on sales leads. Candidates should possess excellent organization, communication, listening skills, and a creative problem-solving ability. A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and a High School Diploma are required, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor's Degree. Opportunity for commission-based earnings exists with a competitive salary structure.
