Job Summary
The Home Sales Consultant at Cavco Industries, Inc. is responsible for maintaining professional business activity with customers, achieving sales goals, and ensuring high customer satisfaction during the home purchasing process. Key duties include identifying customer needs, securing financing, managing orders, and conducting proactive follow-ups. Candidates should have at least 2 years of sales experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A High School Diploma is required, with a preference for a Bachelor's Degree.
