Job Summary
The Home Risk Pricing Manager will lead a team of two analysts to achieve profit and growth targets for home insurance. Responsibilities include prioritizing team resources, analyzing various data sources, developing insights, working with multiple teams, and critically reviewing technical models. Applicants should have strong general insurance knowledge, analysis and coding skills preferably in Python, and an inquisitive nature with good collaboration and communication skills.

Desired Qualifications
- Strong general insurance background/knowledge preferable
- Strong analysis and coding experience, Python preferred or other coding languages
- Comfortable working with and analysing numerical/statistical data
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
