Home Restoration Helper

Assist on restoration projects by helping with site preparation, demolition/removal, applying treatments, cleaning, and organizing spaces under the direction of the lead technician or project manager. Perform tasks such as handling and transporting materials (wood, drywall, fixtures), maintaining tools and equipment, and applying finishing touches to restored spaces following precise guidelines. Monitor progress and report issues to the supervisor, participate in team meetings, and adhere to safety and regulations. The role is part-time, on-site at multiple project locations, and requires the ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; relevant certifications in construction or restoration are a plus. A valid driver’s license and the potential need for own transport may be necessary to travel between job sites within the region. Flexible work hours including possible evenings and weekends may be required to meet project demands.
