Job Summary
Install and repair Cavco products, perform on-site post-installation maintenance, and replace faulty electrical components using testing instruments. Inspect installation sites to verify wiring and circuit breakers meet specifications, then conduct routine preventative maintenance according to established schedules. Discuss warranty issues and product care with customers while training them on equipment operation. Resolve practical problems independently or collaborate with Production Management to ensure quality. May be on-call for emergency repairs during off-business hours. Requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, high school graduation with some college, and demonstrated customer service history.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate with some college
- 2 – 4 years previous relevant and related experience
- Demonstrate the ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues
- Demonstrated relational customer service history
- Possesses the ability to communicate effectively (orally and in written form)
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Attention to detail
