Job Summary
Conduct essential residential maintenance for senior clients, including light carpentry, drain unclogging, wall repairs, and heavy household cleaning. Move appliances and furniture, perform carpet and furniture cleaning, and execute seasonal yard tasks like power washing decks and shoveling sidewalks. Install smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, change furnace filters, and weatherproof storm windows. Maintain supply and tool inventory, wear proper PPE, and assist with event setup. Requires a valid Ohio driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Schedule is part-time (15-25 hours), with availability for weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Ohio Driver's License
- Proof of state-minimum auto insurance
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Physical capability to meet the demands of the job
- Dependable, regular attendance
