Job Summary
Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues ranging from drywall repairs and HVAC filter changes to minor plumbing and carpentry tasks. Adjust pool and hot tub water chemistry, perform cleaning between guest stays, and maintain accurate service logs. Replace door handles, locks, switches, outlets, and light fixtures while conducting hot water heater flushes. Assist with guest-related needs and troubleshoot basic home electronics and network components. Requires a valid driver's license, two years of multi-trade repair experience, and pool and spa expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years minimum of home repair experience across multiple trade areas
- Pool and spa experience
- Ability to complete Pool School certification within the first year of employment
- Must be available for varying schedule across 7 days a week
