Job Summary
Support home renovation projects through hands-on demolition, material handling, site preparation, basic construction tasks (framing, insulation, drywall) and cleanup under supervision. Maintain safe, efficient job sites, operate and maintain hand/power tools, comply with safety protocols, and assist skilled tradespeople. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, climb ladders, work outdoors in varying weather, and collaborate effectively with a team. On-site at residential properties undergoing renovation; potential overtime/weekend work based on project deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years in construction, renovation, or general labor preferred but not required
- Certification or specialized training is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required
