Job Summary
Lead and grow installation teams to install products and deliver five-star shower installation and bath remodel experiences. Coach, train, and develop installers; drive process improvements in warehouse operations and pre-installation measurement; meet customers on-site to resolve issues and ensure a high-quality customer journey. Collaborate with General Manager, Installation Trainers, Customer Service, and Operations to achieve KPI targets and oversee revenues of $15MM+. Requires a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle; schedule is Exempt from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM in Hartford, CT.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the installation, construction, and home remodeling industry
- Proven success in achieving and reporting KPIs and overseeing revenues of $15MM or more
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle
