Job Summary
Support daily living skills including cooking, budgeting, cleaning, and decision-making for an individual with an intellectual disability living full-time in your home. Assist with medication administration, medical appointments, and transportation as needed. Provide behavioral and personal care support while maintaining documentation and communicating with the Mosaic team. Help build community connections and foster independence to pursue personal goals. You must reside in Nebraska, own or rent your home, and hold valid insurance and a driver's license. Initial training and ongoing team support are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in Nebraska
- Must own or rent your current home
- Must be a current resident of the state of Nebraska
- Must have active homeowner's or renter's insurance
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have current vehicle insurance
- Must have internet access
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must be able to complete required screenings, background checks, and training
- Must be at least 19 years of age
