Support individuals with intellectual disabilities in your home by assisting with daily living skills like cooking, budgeting, cleaning, and decision-making. Provide medication administration, transportation, and behavioral support while helping them build community connections and pursue personal goals. Maintain documentation and communicate with the Mosaic support team. You must reside in Kansas, own or rent your current home, and hold active homeowner's or renter's insurance. Complete required screenings, background checks, and training. Receive ongoing training and dedicated team support.
