Job Summary
Deliver and maintain oxygen equipment in a regional area while setting up new clients and servicing existing accounts. Ensure correct vehicle loading and perform pre- and post-use inspections to comply with safety and legislative requirements. Provide exemplary client care by interacting with patients to meet their needs, instructing them on equipment operation and safety procedures. Complete necessary documentation and undergo required training for oxygen delivery and maintenance. This role involves a 37.5-hour week with rotational on-call duties, a starting rate of $24.50–$27.50, and includes a company vehicle, smart phone, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Valid G Driver's License with satisfactory driving record
- Secondary school graduate
- Proven ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to interact with patients
- Willingness to undergo training in home oxygen
- Willingness to undergo training in TDG (Transportation of Dangerous Goods)
- Agreeableness to participate in applicable background checks
- Successful completion of a pre-placement Functional Assessment test
- Clean shaven where a respirator seals to the skin of the face or neck when the use of a N95 respirator is required
