Assess and monitor patients' health by taking vital signs, administering prescribed medications, and developing personalized care plans. Provide physical and emotional support to patients, families, and caregivers while educating them on disease prevention and management. Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the visit. Accurately document all patient care services and maintain comprehensive medical records. Only female applicants aged 20 to 40 with ANM, GNM, or B.Sc. Nursing qualifications are eligible.
