Perform patient assessments incorporating all available data and use clinical expertise for physical examinations. Identify actual and potential problems in collaboration with patients and families, then plan, document, and discuss nursing care plans using the nursing process. Continually update care plans as patient status demands and coordinate care delivered by the multidisciplinary team. Escalate identified concerns according to the level of urgency. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, DHA license, and relevant experience; DHA license is mandatory. Immediate incorporation available.
