Job Summary
Lead the transition of the service from a hospital environment to a Specialist Residential Nursing Service, ensuring exceptional standards of care and operational excellence. Provide visible, compassionate leadership to the Multi-Disciplinary Team while managing CQC compliance, budgets, and quality governance. Oversee care planning, clinical documentation, and recruitment of a high-performing staff through coaching and mentoring. Build relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders to promote excellent outcomes for individuals with complex neurological needs. This role supports the transformation of Priory Elm Park into a specialist residential nursing service, empowering you to shape the future of care for people with Acquired Brain Injury.
Required Qualifications
- Current NMC registration (RGN, RMN or RNLD)
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Home Manager within a residential nursing or specialist care setting
- Demonstrable experience of managing CQC-regulated services with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality standards
- Experience leading organisational change or service development, ideally including service transitions
- Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Strong financial and operational management experience
