Home Manager - Adams Home

Lead and develop the DSP team in residential homes, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver services per the consumer's Person Centered Plans. Responsibilities include supervising direct care tasks (meal preparation and cleanup, personal care, medication administration, transfers, and transportation to appointments), coaching and mentoring DSPs, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting, and coordinating mandatory trainings. Requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; must manage multiple tasks, maintain a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate professionalism and cultural sensitivity. Education/experience requirements include an Associate's Degree with 2 years’ experience with individuals who are developmentally disabled, or a High School Diploma with 4 years’ experience; preferred Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of relevant experience. Not eligible for remote work; 40-hour schedule with potential additional hours; located in Mount Pleasant, MI.
