Provide timely updates to clients and internal team members throughout each transaction, supporting purchase clients with pre-approval guidance and problem-solving from contract to close. Represent Generations Home Loans as a knowledgeable financing resource in your market, leveraging defined partnerships with Windermere Real Estate and dedicated deal desk support to facilitate smooth lending experiences from application through closing.
Required Qualifications
- Active NMLS License in good standing
- Experience with purchase-focused residential mortgage origination
- Demonstrated ability to consistently generate and maintain agent-based referral business
- Currently licensed or eligible for licensing in CA, WA, OR, UT, or ID
