Job Summary
Home Loan Advisor Assistant I supports Home Loan Advisors with daily activities, pipeline management, document collection, and marketing efforts, including assisting with origination, processing, database management, and coordinating presentations, reports, and events. Requires familiarity with FNMA guidelines, ATR guidelines, and home loan products; experience with Encompass LOS preferred; requires strong communication, organizational, and compliance knowledge. Position is remote within Walnut Creek, CA, with hourly pay and potential for remote work surroundings.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in administrative function or Home Loan Sales or Operations
- One or more years’ experience in Home Loan or Real Estate industry preferred
- A valid California driver’s license required
- MLO/NMLS Registration required: An individual in this position may sometimes assist Mortgage Loan Originators with tasks requiring a license as defined by the S.A.F.E. Act and whose responsibilities include taking applications and discusses terms and negotiates rates on loans secured by real property.
